Program Registration Information

Winter & Spring Program Registration

All winter and spring municipal program registrations begin at 9:00 am on Tuesday, January 3, (2nd floor reception) at the North Grenville Municipal Centre, 285 County Road 44, Kemptville.

Summer program registration  open house will be held 10am to 2pm on Saturday, May 26, 2012 in the arena lobby of the North Grenville Municipal Centre.  This will be the first opportunity to register for swim lessons and summer camps. We do not accept registration for these programs prior to this date. If you are unable to attend the open house, you may wish to send someone on your behalf, or you can register for any summer program that is not yet full at the Municipal Office beginning on Monday, May 28, 2012.

If you are unable to register during office hours, please contact Tammy Hurlbert, Recreation Coordinator thurlbert@northgrenville.on.ca or phone 613-258-9569 ext 123 to make alternate arrangements.

Avoid disappointment! Register early for your choice of programs. Space is limited in most programs and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to include full payment with all registrations. You can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to the Municipality of North Grenville) or interac (not available at summer open house). An ATM is now available on-site for your convenience.

Waiting Lists

If the course you are interested in is full, you have the option of making another course selection or being put on a waiting list for the course of your choice (however, there is no guarantee that a space will become available).

Refunds / Withdrawals

A refund or withdrawal request must be submitted in writing. A refund will only be issued for cancellations with a doctor’s note. In all other cases a credit will be issued if a satisfactory registration is found to replace your cancellation.

Medical Information

When registering, please identify any significant health problems, allergies and/or medications.

Cancellation / Changes

We do our best to make sure all classes run exactly as outlined, however sometimes course dates, times, locations or fees are subject to change.  Courses are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration. If this situation occurs, a full refund will be issued. In the event that a class must be cancelled, every attempt will be made to have the class rescheduled.

Applicable Tax

All applicable taxes are included in program fees for all programs where applicable.

Non-Resident Fee

Non-residents of North Grenville will pay an additional $10.00 administration fee per program, per session (Daycamps - 1 week = 1 session).
