The second annual Red Shoes Run Triathlon, hosted by the Municipality of North Grenville and Rural FASD, returns to Riverside Park on August 16 for a day of competition, community, and fun.

Watch Triathlon Ontario Cup Series athletes compete in the morning, then cheer on - or become - an afternoon participant. Recreational events are open to individuals and teams, and participants of all abilities and fitness levels, with accommodations available to help everyone take part. Register early to take part in this fun-filled event! 🏃➡️🏊🚲

Spectators can catch all the swimming and running action from Riverside Park and watch cyclists complete laps along the closed race route, making it a great day to cheer on local athletes and first-time triathletes alike.

Please note: Temporary road closures will be in effect during the event. Parking at Riverside Park will be reserved for athletes and event officials, with free spectator parking available at North Grenville District High School on Concession Road. The Kemptville Municipal Pool will also be closed on August 16 to accommodate the swim portion of the event.
