North Grenville is proud to support the community organizations and volunteers who make our municipality such a vibrant place to live, work, and play. Through our Community Grants Program, we offer modest funding to local not-for-profit and charitable groups whose projects and events help enhance the well-being of residents.

North Grenville Community Grants application deadline: 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, December 15, 2025.

2025 Recipients of the North Grenville Community Grant

The Municipality of North Grenville annually accepts applications for the Community Grant Program. This initiative invites individuals and community organizations to apply for funding to support their impactful projects and initiatives. 2025's recipients are as follows:

  • 2nd Kemptville Cubs - Amount: $1,000.00 - Purpose: Purchase new camping gear for youth programs.
  • Beyond the Label - Amount: $5,000.00 - Purpose: Community workshops supporting individuals with neurodiversity and mental health challenges.
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds Grenville - Amount: $10,000.00 - Purpose: Expanding mentoring programs in North Grenville to serve more children and youth.
  • Compassionate North Grenville - Amount: $7,500.00 - Purpose: Brand development and promoting community engagement through storytelling, partnerships, and workshops focused on care and compassion.
  • Kemptville Snowmobile Klub - Amount: $2,000.00 - Purpose: Purchasing a commercial refrigerator for the clubhouse kitchen.
  • North Grenville Men's Shed - Amount: $3,900.00 - Purpose: Supporting activities for men’s health, woodworking, and community projects.
  • North Grenville Rainbow Youth Alliance - Amount: $10,000.00 - Purpose: Programming for LGBTQI+ youth in North Grenville.
  • Scientists in School - Amount: $3,500.00 - Purpose: Providing 10 interactive STEM workshops for youth in North Grenville.
  • Volunteer Centre of St. Lawrence-Rideau - Amount: $2,000.00 - Purpose: Supporting volunteer recruitment for 20 nonprofit organizations in North Grenville.
  • Friday Drawing Circle - Amount: $2,500.00 - Purpose: Supporting local arts and drawing workshops.
  • Kemptville Minor Football Club - Amount: $5,000.00 - Purpose: Updating outdated equipment.
  • Kemptville Street Piano Concert Series - Amount: $5,000.00 - Purpose: Replacement of the street piano and summer concert series.
  • Kemptville Youth Musical Theatre Company (KYMTC) - Amount: $8,000.00 - Purpose: Purchasing a short-throw projector to be used with the new cyclorama.
  • North Grenville Arts Guild (NGAG) - Amount: $2,500.00 - Purpose: Supporting three annual community art events.
  • North Grenville Community Theatre - Amount: $1,125.00 - Purpose: Travelling theatre production supporting local not-for-profit partners.
  • Ukraine Bike Art Project - Amount: $5,000.00 - Purpose: Community bike art installations in tribute to our Ukrainian Twin city.
  • Victoria’s Quilts Canada - Amount: $3,000.00 - Purpose: Providing handmade quilts to cancer patients.
