Join us for a gentle spring walking group designed for those navigating grief and loss. This supportive six week series offers an opportunity to connect with others who understand, while enjoying the healing rhythm of walking together in nature. Whether you are seeking quiet reflection, fresh air, or meaningful conversation, all are welcome.
Dates: Thursdays, May 21st – June 25th Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: The Spring session will meet weekly at Ferguson Forest Centre, gathering at the Dog Park parking lot before heading out on a gentle group walk through the trails.
This walking group is intended to be welcoming and flexible. Come when you can, and walk at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Snacks will be provided, please bring your own water bottle.
