Second Nature Family Health & Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary mental-health clinic offering compassionate, developmentally informed care for children, youth, and families.

Our clinic provides psychotherapy, occupational therapy, and allied mental-health services within a warm, nature-inspired environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and regulation. We work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neuro-affirming lens, supporting families through challenges related to emotional regulation, anxiety, neurodivergence, parenting stress, transitions, and complex life experiences.
